What is collected and why
The quote form collects your name, your email, optionally your company, and what you write about your project. It is used only to reply to your request and to prepare the quote — never for marketing lists, and never sold or shared for advertising.
The legal basis is your request itself (steps taken before a possible contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Where it is stored
Requests are stored on servers in the European Union (OVHcloud, Poland) and read only by the person who replies.
How long
Requests that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, the correspondence is kept as long as the law requires for business records.
Analytics
Page views are counted with a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics tool (Plausible). It stores no personal data and sets no cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion at any time — send the request through the quote form and it gets answered by email, and you can complain to your data-protection authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).
